Zenath Real Estate is the flagship company of the Group and a leading real estate firm of UAE. It was set up in 1995 as a joint venture with one of UAE’s most prominent and trusted business families - The Khalid Al Ghurair Group. We have now evolved beyond property development to related services like leasing, all delivered with consistently high quality, from conception to completion.

Over the years, we have become a trusted name in the community we serve which includes leading business families of UAE like Al Ghurair, Al Badr, Al Serkal, Al Ashram, Shakrullah, Al Dhaheri, Al Sheikh, Sharbathali, H.E.Mohamed Bin Ali Al Nauimi of Ajman. Apart from working with them, we have also been involved in leasing, joint ventures, building to order, sub-leasing, and partnering with them on certain developments.

Zenath was also one of the first to move into Dubai Industrial Park (DIP), the world class business, residential and industrial park. As one of its major developers in the park, we have been responsible for the building of several residential and commercial buildings such as malls, showrooms, super markets, hotels, staff accommodation, warehouses, etc.

Today, we own, lease and manage a diverse spectrum of properties across UAE ranging from malls, hotels, residential and commercial buildings, showrooms, and villas to warehouses and labour camps. Several projects are also underway in India at Chennai, Hyderabad, Madurai and Kodaikanal, handled by our associate company, Zenath Developers Pvt. Ltd. We also have a strategic alliance with the ETA Ascon Star Group for some of our projects.
