However there was not much choice in Dubai and Gulf markets until we set up Landmark Hotels & Suites in 1998. Not surprisingly, our mix of abundant facilities and personalized service at affordable prices is irresistible to customers.

Today, we are a leading hotel chain in the Middle East with eight hotels in UAE, India and Saudi Arabia, and several more under development in various parts of UAE. In December 2011, we launched the Landmark Grand, our new 175 bedroom, 4 Star Deluxe Hotel. It is located close to the Union Square Metro Station and Al Ghurair Center in Riqqa Road, Dubai, and has been designed to truly be a landmark of Arabian Hospitality.

We have also just launched a range of hotels across India, under the
Always Hotel brand.  This exciting new brand is designed to cater to the market for quality hospitality at affordable rates. Always Riverview, the first in this range of hotels, opened its doors in November 2011, and is located in Ahmedabad, one of India’s key commercial cities.

Apart from these, we also manage and lease hotel projects, and have several new properties coming online soon in India, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other parts of the Middle East. In short, we are well on our way to achieving our dream of becoming a top global hospitality brand.
